Program Description

The Ceres Partnership for Healthy Children has a vision of improved health and quality of life for children and families.  We are a community collaborative operating a Family Resource Center.  The collaborative is made up of community volunteers, directed by a nine member Advisory Board and the guidance of our fiscal sponsor Center for Human Services.  This collaborative designs and manages all the activities and programs of the Ceres Partnership for Healthy Children and its Family Resource Center.  All members of our community are invited to participate, where everyone has an equal voice.

The Ceres Partnership for Healthy Children provides a wide variety of services to support and empower the families in Ceres and the surrounding area.

  6. Healthy Birth Outcomes for pregnant women


  7. Neighbor-to-Neighbor program working in Ceres neighborhoods


  8. Health Insurance Enrollment Assistance


  9. Counseling Services


  10. Translation


  11. Housing Assistance in partnership with Community Housing & Shelter Services


  12. Parenting Classes in partnership with Sierra Vista Child and Family Services


  13. Volunteer opportunities for youth and adults

Monday, Tuesday and Friday 8-5pm, Wednesday and Thursday 8-7pm, Saturday 9-1pm
