Program Description

Ceres Partnership for Healthy Children has a vision of improved health and quality of life for children and families. We are a community collaborative operating a Family Resource Center. The collaborative is made up of community volunteers, directed by a nine member Advisory Board and the guidance of our fiscal sponsor Center for Human Services. This collaborative designs and manages all the activities and programs of the Ceres Partnership for Healthy Children and its Family Resource Center. All members of our community are invited to participate, where everyone has an equal voice.

Eligibility

Services are available to all families. Services are available in English and Spanish.

The Ceres Partnership for Healthy Children provides a wide variety of services to support and empower the families in Ceres and the surrounding area.

  8. Health Insurance Enrollment Assistance
  9. Counseling Services
  10. Translation
  11. Community Resource Information
  12. Program and Activities for Youth
  13. Volunteer opportunities for youth and adults
