The mission of the Finance Department is to provide accurate & timely financial information to agency funders, management staff, our Board of Directors and Board of Trustees.
Our vision is to be a significant support system to our program staff by providing quality services. Services include payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable, fiscal analysis, monthly financial review and proposal budgeting. Staff work closely with the Board of Directors Finance Comittee to review monthly financials and to discuss specific issues regarding Finance department operations, audits, tax matters, Etc.
Completed Board of Directors approved balanced budget.
Selected a new accounting firm.
Completed a successful annual audit with no management findings.
Update of all Finance Department policies and procedures continues.
