We envision a community-based center of integrated services, designed to promote self-sufficiency and community ownership. Services will be non-discriminating and culturally sensitive. The ultimate goal is to strengthen families by providing education, health, employment training, child care, and social services. The realization of this vision will ensure developing each family's capacity to help themselves and to contribute to their community.
