Agency wide trainings are coordinated by the Administration Department and individual supervisors address employee specific trainings to enhance or strengthen job performance.

 

   
 

Program Description

Training is not a separate department at CHS.  Instead we have centralized the planning and coordination of training with a Standing Committee chaired by a member of our Senior Executive Team (SET)

Committee members represent a cross section of employees's from all programs.

This committee coordinates with other CHS committees, programs and leadership staff to review and address training needs. 

 

Trainings are offered to other social service professionals periodically.
