Like many of you, we’ve been thinking a lot about emotional and mental health and wellness in the past couple days. We wanted to make sure you all know we are here for you.
Be reminded that CHS provides mental health services. If you ever need someone to talk to, give us a call. We can help.
CHS has a community counseling clinic that provides counseling to any community member based on their income level. Services include individual, group, family, and couples counseling. We currently offer adult anger management and teen anger management groups. The services are available at our Community Counseling Clinic located at 1700 McHenry Village Way, Suite 14 in Modesto (209-526-1440).
If you are in crisis call our 24-Hour Crisis Line at (209) 526-5544 and we will get you the help you need.
We also wanted to share this thoughtful article titled “Grieving Robin Williams, And Helping Others In Need” by Roberta Hurtig, Executive Director of Samaritan, Inc., with additional #SuicidePrevention and #MentalHealth resources.
“Connection with another human being can help save lives. If we feel compelled to do something in memory of this man who made us laugh and who brought us happiness, let it be connecting with one other human being we care about, we have worried about, and whom we love.” – Roberta Hurtig
