Janelle has worked at CHS for over 18 years and has overseen the Newman FRC for 9 years. “I grew up in Newman so it’s wonderful to get to work and make an impact in my own community.” The Newman FRC helps bridge a gap for many people by providing vital services right in the community they live in. We partner heavily with school districts, the city, police, fire departments and churches to bring services and activities to Newman.

Juleeann has been with CHS for over 3 years and started at the Oakdale FRC in 2023. “There is something to say about waking up each morning and looking forward to going to work; I’m blessed to do what I love.” The Oakdale FRC is friendly and welcoming. Our team strives to provide wraparound services to those in need in the Oakdale, Riverbank and Knights Ferry communities. We partner with community agencies to strengthen families and individuals

Mari recently joined CHS as the Program Manager for the Patterson FRC. She has dedicated her life to working at nonprofits and helping communities. “I thrive on building relationships to better serve the community.” The Patterson FRC serves as a critical pillar in our community by connecting families and individuals to essential services and support. We offer inclusive and convenient services to the Patterson community and surrounding areas.
