We’ve raised $1.3 million to support the construction and development of the new Youth Navigation Center (YNC) to end youth homelessness in Stanislaus County. We would like to recognize and thank the following foundation, corporate and individual donors for their contribution to our campaign.
Center for Human Services built a Youth Navigation Center (YNC) that engages, stabilizes and prepares our most vulnerable youth for bright futures.
The Youth Navigation Center (YNC) of Stanislaus County provides shelter, housing and comprehensive drop-in services to youth or young adults in Stanislaus County between the ages of 13-25, experiencing crisis, housing instability and/or homelessness.
We have co-located our existing shelter services, Hutton House and Pathways, and added comprehensive drop-in services – creating the first centralized youth-focused facility of its kind in Stanislaus County.
An investment in the future of our most vulnerable youth and young adults ensures that they have prompt, accessible, quality and comprehensive services at a pivotal moment in their lives.
