Administration

The Administrative Department provides quality support services to all of the agency’s staff and customers.  They nurture an accepting, welcoming, family friendly culture and pride themselves on delivering professional services in a responsive, consistent manner.

Facilities & Safety

The Facilities & Safety Manager ensures that owned and leased locations are properly maintained and secured; that these locations are adequately equipped and efficient; and that agency owned vehicles are maintained and available to transport staff and customers as needed. They oversee the safety and security of all agency site locations for employees and clients. This team develops and implements policies and procedures to ensure the security of the site locations and conducts assessments for routine monitoring and process improvement.

Information Technology & Data Administration

The Information Technology Department provides leadership, expertise and support services while ensuring technological solutions, information security and continuous improvement for our customers. The Information Technology Department provides all computing and database needs for the entire agency.

The Data Administrator helps the agency understand the amount of work we do as well as the results of our work so we can use that information to evolve and improve our service delivery models.
